1. Provider and service
SocialBot is developed by Adrian Irimia / adx-fusion, Romania. Contact: adxfusiondev@gmail.com. These product-specific Terms govern SocialBot and take precedence over the general adx-fusion app terms for this product.
SocialBot currently provides a private Android administration workspace for app information, screenshots, content records and campaign preferences. It is an MVP in development, with access granted by the developer; there is no public self-registration or paid plan. AI generation, TikTok connection and publishing are not currently available. The public website provides product information and these policies.
2. Access and accounts
By using SocialBot, you accept these Terms. If you disagree, stop using it. Access is intended for adults aged 18 or over. Use accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You may use SocialBot for lawful promotion of apps and businesses you own or are authorized to represent.
3. Your content and permitted use
You retain your rights to uploaded descriptions, icons, screenshots and other materials. You grant us permission to store, display and process them only as needed to provide the features you use. You must hold the necessary rights and permissions, including for any personal information in screenshots.
Do not upload confidential information, credentials, unlawful content, misleading claims, material that infringes others’ rights, or content obtained without permission. Do not use the service for spam, impersonation, bypassing platform limits or unauthorized access.
4. AI and social integrations
Future AI and social features are planned, not guaranteed. We will update the service information and Privacy Policy before enabling them. Any TikTok connection will require authorization through TikTok. Publishing will depend on TikTok’s approval, permissions, limits and required user controls; SocialBot is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok.
Any generated content must be reviewed for factual accuracy, rights, advertising disclosures and applicable platform rules. We do not guarantee platform approval, public posting access, audience reach, app installs or marketing results.
5. Availability and responsibility
The MVP may change or be interrupted for development, maintenance or security. Keep your own copies of important source materials. We may suspend access where necessary to address misuse or protect the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. These Terms do not exclude liability or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Ending use and deleting data
You can stop using SocialBot at any time and remove apps and screenshots through the available controls. Deleting a managed app does not automatically delete its post history or your account. To request account deletion, remaining content removal or an export, email adxfusiondev@gmail.com from your registered address. Requests are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Removing content from SocialBot does not remove content already published to a third-party platform.
7. Changes and applicable law
We will identify material service or policy changes and update the date shown on this page. Romanian law applies, without limiting mandatory protections or rights in your country of residence. For questions or disputes, contact adxfusiondev@gmail.com first. Jurisdiction follows applicable law.
